Welcome to Fight Camp Training ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app; the current onboarding experience is designed for users age 16 or older. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not share sign-in credentials or coach-invite codes with unauthorized people.
Fight Camp Training is a training-planning, tracking and communication tool for combat-sports athletes and coaches. You may use it for your own training or legitimate coaching activity. You may not resell access, scrape or commercially redistribute app content, bypass subscription controls, probe another user's data, interfere with the service, or use the app for unlawful activity.
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, synchronize, process, back up and display that information to provide the service. Do not enter another person's personal, health or performance information unless you have permission. You are responsible for opponent names, sparring-partner details, videos, notes and other third-party information you submit.
Guest data is stored on the device and may be lost if the app or browser storage is removed. A signed-in account enables cloud backup, cross-device access, coach connections, server AI features and web subscriptions. When a fighter and coach connect, the coach may view the fighter information exposed by the coach dashboard and add notes while the relationship is active. Either party may revoke the connection.
The app offers optional Fighter Pro and Coach Pro subscriptions.
AI Coach features send relevant training information through our server to an AI provider to generate analysis. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your circumstances. It is not a diagnosis, medical instruction, licensed coaching service or guarantee of performance. Review recommendations with a qualified coach, athletic trainer or healthcare professional before acting on them.
You may not use the AI features to access the underlying provider for unrelated purposes, evade usage limits, generate unlawful content or attempt to extract confidential system instructions.
Combat sports, sparring, strength training, weight cutting and dehydration can cause serious injury, illness or death. The app provides informational planning and tracking tools only. It does not supervise training and cannot evaluate your medical condition, concussion status, hydration, injury, facility, equipment, opponent or commission rules.
Do not use the app as a substitute for a licensed physician, qualified combat-sports coach, athletic trainer, dietitian or event medical team. Stop training and seek appropriate care if you experience concerning symptoms. Weight-cut projections are estimates and are not instructions to dehydrate.
Features may depend on third-party services such as Apple Health, Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, RevenueCat, Sentry, Fitbit or advertising providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. You authorize only the data categories and permissions you choose through those services.
You can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes the authentication account and associated cloud training data, subject to limited retention for security, payment reconciliation and legal obligations. Device-local guest information can be removed by resetting the app or clearing app storage. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The app, software, visual design, generated training templates, trademarks and service content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, sell or create a competing service from protected app materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.
We may limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or address security and operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee a training result, fight outcome, safe weight cut or uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fight Camp Training and its owners, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, training interruption, injury or fight outcome arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes may be communicated through the app or store listing. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
