Fight Camp Training ("the app", "we", "us") is a training-planning and tracking service for combat-sports athletes and coaches, available on the web and on iOS. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you enter

The app may process information you choose to enter, including:

Please avoid entering information about another person unless you have permission to do so. This is especially important for opponent names, sparring-partner names and health-related notes.

Local-first storage

The app is local-first. When you use it as a guest, your training data is stored on the device or browser you are using. Clearing the app, browser storage or device may remove guest data. When you reset the app or delete your account, Fight Camp-owned local records and preferences are removed from that device.

Accounts and cloud sync

Creating an account is optional for most free features, but is required for cloud sync, coach connections, server-provided AI features and web subscriptions. We use Supabase for authentication, database storage and synchronization. Signed-in training data is transmitted to our backend so it can be restored across devices.

Each signed-in account is isolated from other accounts on the same device. If you connect with a coach using an invite code, that active coach relationship allows the coach to view the training information required for the coach dashboard and to add coach notes. Either party can revoke the relationship.

AI Coach features

AI Coach features are provided through our server using Anthropic's API. When you request an analysis, relevant camp information may be sent to our server and then to Anthropic, including training totals, workout and sparring notes, weight history, conditioning results, profile context, opponent context and fight reflections. Depending on what you entered, that information may include names or other identifying details.

The app does not require you to create or store an Anthropic developer key. AI usage is authenticated to your Fight Camp account and subject to plan limits. Anthropic processes requests under its privacy policy. AI output is informational and may be inaccurate.

Apple Health and connected devices

If you enable Apple Health or another supported integration, the app accesses only the categories you authorize. Imported information may include workouts, body weight, heart rate or recovery data. Apple Health data is not used for advertising. Fitbit access and refresh tokens remain on the device and are not synchronized to our database; non-secret connection settings may be synchronized.

Payments and subscriptions

Web subscription purchases are processed by Stripe. iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive full payment-card details. We store account identifiers, plan, status and expiration information needed to grant access, reconcile payments and prevent unauthorized entitlement changes.

Diagnostics and security

We use Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics when it is enabled in a build. Diagnostic events may include device, operating-system, app-version and technical error information. We configure diagnostics to avoid intentionally sending training-note content, but an unexpected error may include limited surrounding technical context.

We also keep limited server logs and payment-webhook records for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and reconciliation.

Advertising

Free-tier web users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense when advertising is enabled. Google may use cookies or device identifiers under its privacy policy. Pro subscribers do not see the in-app banner advertisement.

Retention and deletion

Guest data remains on the device until you reset the app, clear storage or remove the app. Signed-in data remains while your account is active and as reasonably needed for backup, security, billing reconciliation and legal obligations. You can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes the authentication account and cloud training records associated with it. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription; cancel billing through the applicable subscription provider.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and the current onboarding experience is designed for users age 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing.
